I remember something about a revolution when I was out of town on vacation a few years ago
and when I got back the great (LOL) WWD clan was no more!

It's true that Knuckleheads (still around but I never see Sampo) was the coalescing ground for
many future UWS'ers, but the venerable VIB server was the WWD homebase (thats where I recruited
WickedCarni, who then recruited Ducky there as well). This is where Advanced UWS History 501-01 begins...

WWD was a hodgepodge grouping whose founder and leader was a thirteen year kid named
[WWD Gogeta], whose computer had major problems so he could never play TFC, but [WWD]Merlin
and [WWD]Zero ran the show for him anyway. These were basically the forces of good as opposed to the
forces of chaos and evil under the sinister [WWD]Dr.(p)RickRiviera] and [WWD]Puma who relished nothing
more than wrecking a good match or practice! These kids (nobody over 17) did nothing but bicker and fight
and our mathces were embarassing routs that demoralized all of us. Its hard to believe that UWS was born
out of this but it was...

It started when Hammy and Weezy and Skol joined and a more mature (lol) element was added to the clan.
Hammy and Dr.9(p)Rick clashed constantly while my padowan (WickedCarni) quickly alienated everyone in
the clan. The clan was on the verge of revolution when I left town for a summer vacation and that was when
Hammy said something about a goodfella named Shadow who had just signed up.

When I got back a few weeks later the revolution was complete as Shadow, Hammy, Weezy and Zero
(viva la founders) had formed UWS as an "older" alternative to the raucous WWD group. Pun had already
jumped ship and he and Hammy wanted me to do the same so there was never really any doubt that I would
ditch the old clan for the new, you go where your friends are, right? Needless to say, WWD dissolved as
Dr.(p)Rick formed another clan while, Carni and Merlin begged to get in UWS but to no avail...
Advanced UWS Histories 501-02 and 501-03 cover internal clan conflicts such as the Blade years and
have no place here.
