Requirements
1): NO llamaish type behavior is allowed. ex. cussing, spamming, team killing, door blocking, etc.
2): Communication and Mad Skills. That is what practice is for.
3): Responsible, meaning able to keep up with promises, practices, and/or sponsoring future recruits.
4): Good attitude even when llamas are around. All recruits and members represent the clan, so don't sink to their level.
5): Able to compromise when needed.
6): Roger Wilco This is a must for good communication.
7): ICQ Also good for communication.
Ok, if you've made the requirements list continue reading for tips on how to become a recruit.:
The best tip is to hang around [UWS] members for 3 to 4 weeks. Play with us on the servers. The OESM servers are a good place to start. Also try the [UWS]F & K TFC server. We all have to get to know you and it shows you're intrested and dedicated to the clan. Plus become friends with some of the members.
Secondly, you must let a member or founding member know that you're wanting to be "watched" for possible recruitment. The best way to do that is on our message board. Let us know what class you like an maps and a server or 2 that you play at alot.
During the "watched" phase a member may join the game as an assumed name just to see if you're playin or are being llamaish. So by all means BE YOURSELF. We need peeps not actors.
There must be a unanimous member vote before you can get in (hence United We Stand) so don't sweat it if you're not recruited right away.
Also make sure you have read the UWS Members Handbook.
Once you 're a Recruit you will be asked to add our fancy recruit tag [UWS]*R* to your name.
You will be allowed to remove the recruit tag after a final vote of the founding members. Usually 3 or 4 weeks after recruitment.
